Established in 2004 we have grown steadily with home and business contracts.
Links with a National Maintenance Company resulted in contracts for certain Dell installations and Fujitsu repairs, in Devon and Cornwall.
The company installs and sets up Broadband and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) installations from a number of manufacturers.
In 2007 the company purchased Personal PC Helpers. This company was previously run by Florin Braescu. Florin has returned to his family in Romania. The merger has allowed the company to be less reliant on external contracts and concentrate on local customers.
However, contracts allow us to spread our wings and a recent five month contract with IBM, setting up a support cell in Bristol, was satisfying as the seamless transition of 2500 customers to IBM systems was achieved. Older contracts with MOD and other government departments have been to carry out upgrade and refresh tasks.
We realise that computers are becoming essential but are still expensive. As a registered Microsoft Refurbisher, we can provide ex-business PCs and laptops at affordable prices.
We endeavour to give the best possible service to all our customers at home and in business.
